About Us
Details
We tend to be quite a informal Society at times. This means we hold things like Curry Nights with silly quizzes, Christmas social night, wine tasting evenings etc. We do hold Spring, Summer and Autumn Shows but have our own members perform the judging. Visits to gardens within about 50 miles radius but including RHS Wisley and Hyde Hall.
We have also visited Kneukenhof Gardens in Holland. Regular talks also given on different and sometimes, unusual subjects.
Membership
About 48 members from the two villages and a few from Ashford… mostly of a “certain” age. Many enjoy the social side of our gatherings as much as the gardening events.
